Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified after 24 hours. Please ensure that all information is correct before completing your purchase.

Due to the nature of all products, there are no refunds. In the event of an error on our end, we can offer an exchange for products on our website or a store credit.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

GRLAURA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier, including UPS and USPS. Once an order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to track and manage the delivery. We are not liable for any damages that occur during the shipping process, including delays, lost packages, or packages left unattended at the delivery address.
